One day tour programme Vaikom Backwater
- Pick up from Kochi and transfer to vaikom. Ride through river and lake to see the village activities in a houseboat. And enjoy the Kerala lunch served in Banana leaf Consists of rice, a variety of curries, pappad and followed by Payasam (Sweet Dessert).
- Later village visit and understanding the basic mode of livelihood there is still prevalent in its primitive form like coir making, straw mat weaving coconut processing, toddy tapping, thatched roof mat weaving, and natural way of pounding and grinding of rice, plucking and dehiscing coconut, visit the spice and herbal garden.
- Later backwater cruise by open country boat through natural narrow canals.
- Kayaking and punting boats are as new additions.
- Visit historical Vaikom Temple
- Evening back to kochi
